Nasikagra Drishti ~ Nosetip gazing
Sit comfortably, spine erect.
Relax the face, close the eyes.
Slowly open the eyes and bring the eyes to focus on the tip of the nose. You can move one finger in towards to nose to help you do this, or perhaps it happens easily.
After a few seconds close the eyes and let them relax, breathe easily and when ready do another nose tip gaze. Then close eyes again and continue in this restful easy manner for a while.
Avoid if you are experiencing depression.
