In the second picture the arms are back on calves but for this practice just leave the arms where they are in the first pose, so that the head will be on ground between palms of hands.....

Come into forward bend on floor.

Arms and hands spread more than shoulder width IN FRONT OF BODY,

come up onto knees and then place  Crown of head on floor between the palms of hands.

Breathe normally and be comfortable .

When you want fold back down into SHASHANKASANA, pause and settle and then repeat 3 more times.

Arms are not in same position as in picture above…
