Santolasana

Sit on your heels. Come then onto hands and knees, in all fours position. Tuck your toes under.

Raise the buttocks and straighten the knees. Adjust your position if necessary by walking back the toes a little so that your back is straight.

Head is held so that it forms continuous straight line with spine, and arms are kept straight.

Remain here breathing naturally for several breaths,

and then come back down to knees in all fours position. Repeat as you like after resting.

Lie flat on tummy on floor afterwards to rest.

This is a balancing pose and strengthener for the abdomen. Manipura chakra is the focus.
