Churning The Mill

Sit as on the floor legs stretched out straight in front of you, tail bone tilted a bit back, then open the legs as far apart as is comfortable for you.

Imagine you are holding a big spoon ad before you is a big pot. 

Moving in a slow steady circular movement. As big a movement as your back and hips will accommodate comfortably.

Exhale and bend forwards and to the right, then circle all the way down to feet then over to left then Inhale

and bring hands back in front of belly while straightening back and leaning backwards slightly.

Continue for 9 rounds slowly. then switch and do 9 circles in opposite direction.
